Experience needed for Trade and Transaction Reporting Associate role:
This group is responsible for the Run The Bank (RTB) process which ensures our client satisfies it's regulatory reporting obligations. Specific to the team the individual will have remit over MiFid2, Bank of Israel, SMR, Six Swiss, REMIT and ASIC Collateral and Valuation. In addition, the role will support the delivery and enhancement of the wider control framework in order to move the team towards a more standardised BAU state. The hire is critical within this High Impact Function to support an already over capacity group (126% utilisation) and is critical to providing timely exception management for the previously mentioned regulatory jurisdictions and performing critical operational risk functions. This role has been created due to the volume of work associated with transaction reporting of client trades.

Experience Required:
I am looking for an experienced candidate who has previous experience in a trade and transaction reporting operations environment. Ideally, you will have 2 to 3 years of experience working within a regulatory reporting department for an investment banking group in the UK. You will provide support for the delivery and enhancement of the wider control framework ensuring compliance and adherence to the department procedures. Ideally, you will be degree educated, and possessing an industry recognised qualification would be advantageous.
