Your day to day will be dealing with a range of enquiries within relation to personal claims through supporting, relationship building and critical thinking both internally and externally and most of all to Claimants.
You’ll become the fundamentals to this clients award winning quality of service.

This Insurance Customer Service Executive role with have the following responsibilities:
* Dealing with confidential claims in a professional and sensitve manner
* Being point of contact for multiple parts of the business and externally
* Using trained knowledge in order to process claims
* Dealing with all documentation and ensuring all is logged across systems
* Liaising with agencies, external suppliers in order to process and raise claims
The ideal candidate will have the following background and skills
* Previous background in a financial or insurance background
* Critical thinker working with confidentiality
* Ability to converse with all levels
* Proactive and able to work to deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
