Investments Administrator - Property Team
My client is a growing, forward-thinking business specialising in Investments, valuing flexibility, transparency and integrity in everything they do.
They are currently looking for a Investments Administrator to join them in Gloucester, becoming part of a company that is wanting to create value for clients as well as enabling both their customers and their people to thrive.
We are looking for a candidate who would wish to progress within the team through the Investment, Legal or Financial work streams.
You will be working within the Property Team, assisting Investment Managers and Analysts in daily tasks. There may be times when you are needed to help other members of the team as the business grows and you are also likely to work closely with the finance and legal teams within the wider Property Team.
As a Property Administrator, your main duties will include:
* Setting up and keeping client files updated on the CMS product, producing quarterly valuations.
* Accurately recording cashflow for IHT companies.
* Working with the Investment Analyst on new deals as required.
* Liaising with the Marketing, Client Resources and other areas of the business to ensure a smooth transfer of materials and information.
* Providing administrative support to the Property Team, e.g. drafting meeting agendas, taking minutes and organising events.
* Contributing to the creation and reporting of management information on our investment companies, including analysing loan book metrics and key trends.
* Any other ad hoc duties that may be required.
To be a successful Property Administrator, you will have the following skills and experiences:
* Excellent academic record and general high-achiever.
* A background in administration and / or robust organisational skills.
* A willingness to deal with various types of work throughout the day.
* A demonstrable interest in property and / or investments.
* Good team worker, proactive approach and an eagerness to learn.
* Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills, written and interpersonal.
* Proficient with use of Microsoft office including Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
* Comfortable with working in a fast-paced, professional working environment.
In return, we will offer a Property Administrator a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 Per Annum, a pension scheme, games/reading rooms for everyone to use and Pizza Fridays
