What will I be doing?

* Gather and record client data

* Prepare personal financial reports and review, edit and amend those prepared by our external paraplanners before passing to the adviser

* Platform due diligence, research and comparison on providers, platforms and investment managers

* Maintain and develop reports and financial data

* Input and update basic details and client information

* Pre-populate and complete provider applications and relevant trusts accurately

* Manage investment fund and portfolio due diligence and governance

* Record and carry out advisor instructions

* Attend client Annual Financial Planning meetings as required

* Manage the Client Onboarding Process

* Carry out relevant Tax Calculations as required (Income, CGT, Bonds, IHT), liaising with external Paraplanners as necessary

* Chase missing or additional information as require

* Prepare client recommendations in collaboration with the adviser

* Finalise financial planning reports ready for sign off

* Excellent organisational skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent knowledge of Intelliflow, Fastrak, Voyant and other IT systems (e.g Microsoft Office) used to perform the role

* Excellent awareness of Data Protection responsibilities and risks

* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

* Excellent understanding and adherence to agreed operational processes

* Ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently

* Excellent technical knowledge

* Diploma Qualified and working towards Chartered status

* Adherence to the Personal Finance Society Code of Ethics
