We are seeking an accounts assistant for a temporary position. Candidates must have previous experience within a similar role.
The successful candidates must be able to start immediately with no notice period.
The role will involve but not be limited to:
* Matching and batching invoices
* Matching purchase orders to invoices
* Purchase Ledger
* Sales Ledger
* Processing invoices
* Payment Run
* Contacting contractors to collect and gather information
Our client is based close to Bellahouston near Govan. The hours of work are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with 30 minutes for lunch. The rate of pay will be £9 per hour.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication & IT skills and be able to work with numbers and complex spreadsheets.
